During my ten sessions with Ming-Lok, we set goals for myself regarding my friendships and school life, and I really found that I met all of them to a satisfying extent by the end of my time with her. She always listened well and helped me break bad habits by focusing on what I did well and exploring why I had formed those habits in the first place. I do believe that I have improved as a person and in the way that I view daily situations after our time together!
